Swing Dancing

Move. Move, move swing to the left, swing to the right, swing will have you moving around and about. A dance which is highly contagious and incredibly fun! One of the Americas most unique dances. Which picks up where Charleston left off. In 1930's swing became very popular. By the time we get you addicted you will be swinging down the grocery isles and to your car. Swing brings a buoyant carefree movement. It can be danced comfortably over a wide range of tempos. Continuous movement and fun music will keep you dancing all night long while toning those calves away.
