What to expect on your first lesson

After answering a few questions about your goals, aspirations, and the look and feel you’d like to have, you'll be guided through a few basics by one of our highly-trained instructors.

You'll start to learn to dance on your very first lesson, and leave with a plan of action for the next few sessions.

I thought I would take some salsa lessons for a couple of months, I’m still at the studio 13 years later. If you had asked me back then that I would perform routines in front of a hundred people, I would have thought you were crazy. I’ve now won multiple amateur competitions and my favorite routine in front of all those people is always the next one. I’ve worked with a dozen instructors over the years and all are still friends. Great staff and friendly environment.

Lauren was such a treat!! She worked with my fiancé and I on our first dance for our wedding. Neither of us had experience with formal dancing and she made us so confident and excited to show off our dance to our family!! She meets you where your skills are and is very reasonable in how she gradually adds on more and more complicated moves. I am very happy with our 6 sessions in preparation for our wedding and I cannot recommend Lauren enough!!
